Who May Apply?

• Naturally born female 13 years old to 17 years old
• With at least 25% Latin ancestry from the member nations
  and regions of the Latin continent.
• Must be qualified and committed to adhere to all the pageant requirements
  and Rules & Regulations
• Never been married, never had any children
• A beautiful face, a balance of height and weight.
• Good moral character and in good physical and mental health condition
• Must speak fluent English
